As a leading touch panel factory in the fields of medical device, Industrial PC, and rail transportation in the Chinese market, we officially bid farewell to the 21-year corporate headquarters in Futian District, Shenzhen in September 2020.

We moved to Longhua District, Shenzhen, in order to provide customers with better services and higher quality products. This is not only to realize the expectations of our customers, and most importantly, to have in-house productions for both touch panels and LCM OCA/OCR bonding service. In order to prevent fingers from touching the bacteria and viruses in our daily life, Gtouch could supply our touch panels with antibacterial feature. Passed the testing in accordance with JIS Z 2801, our products can inhibit the growth of bacteria by 99% and effectively reduce the possible harm of bacteria to the human beings. At the same time, we also provide a new type of antibacterial plus antiviral solution. Through the SIAA of antibacterial and antiviral dual certification, the number of viruses can be reduced by more than 99%. It is currently one of the few solutions in the world that can be provided for antiviral.

At present, avoiding the spread of the virus is generally understood as washing hands frequently and fully disinfected the environment in our daily life.

However, the surface of the touch panel is not just glass only, it may be with AG/AR/AS coating, ITO coating, or other materials such as glass, film, and acrylic on the surfaces of touch panel. So, how to effectively clean the surface of touch panel without harming the functionality and appearance of it becomes an important thing. Our touch panels have been wiped through various tests and analyzes under different solvent conditions. Please follow our instruction and clean according to the correct method to avoid any damage.

In view of the large outbreak of coronavirus infection in the early stage, in order to strengthen prevention and control, China has stopped all production operations and logistics delivery in many provinces and cities. In order to continue to provide our medical customers with touch screens for ventilators, our Shenzhen branch has obtained resumption permits, and urgent delivery to support our medical customers, assisting them to complete the assembly and production of medical equipment in the shortest time. As for the service of touch panels in Taiwan, both production and delivery are still normally operating.
